The property was converted from a one bed, into a two bed. It includes a rear side infill extension, a lightwell, open plan kitchen living space with a pitched roof, a utility room and the entire property was renovated throughout.

We removed the combined the seprate kitchen and dining space by removing the structure wall creating a spacious, bright and airy open plan space.

Cullesden Road Extension and Renovation 2017

A rear and side extension with complete internal renovation with all windows replacement. Upon completion of works, the client requested the garden paving to be replaced.
