Emil

Emil has worked with Coulsdon Builders for 8 years and whilst he is multi skilled, he specializes in carpentry.

Weronika

Weronika overseas the company logistics from marketing to coordinating materials for delivery ensuring these are delivered at each stage of the project when required and keeps the team on their toes.

Mariusz

Mariusz is Coulsdon Builders specialist decorator. He has spent 12 years in this trade crafting his skill set.

Stanley

Stanley is a qualified electrician who undertakes all the electrical installations and able to certify the works under NICEIC.

Darek is Coulsdon Builders tiler. He has over 15 years experience and takes immense pride in his work, which can be seen in the bathroom and kitchen projects.

  Coulsdon Builders redecorated a bedroom in our house, installed a new internal wall and repaired a leaking window frame.

  Coulsdon builders did a great job of transforming our kitchen.  Their quote was very competitive and the team were very professional.  They removed the original kitchen, combined two rooms into one, fitted new windows and installed the new kitchen.

  Tomasz provided a competitive quote for a ground floor extension kitchen installation and garden renovation. Coulsdon builders prioritised our custom at all times and worked effectively around  “little” problems when they arose. There was always a minimum of two guys on site throughout the build and the job was completed within budget and to a high spec in 10 and a half weeks. The guys arrive early, work late and do Saturdays. We are very grateful for our beautiful new kitchen extension and garden. They have made our dream into a reality.  Tomasz was recommended to us and we would certainly recommend him to you.

  Tomasz arrived on the date and time agreed to assess job, received quote as promised. Tom and his team arrived on job site on time, work was carried out in a professional manner, he was flexible with some changes I made after the work started, work is of high standard and good value, original quote was adhered to. He discusses if any alterations are needed as the work progresses and leave all areas clean immediately after work is done.
Tom and his team have done a few domestic jobs for us bathroom renovation, utility upgrade, painting, bedroom tiling, garage roofing and we are happy with the work. We have arranged with him to start other projects soon. I would recommend Coulsdon Builders to friends and family.

  I met Tomas in 2014 at work, where we spoke about doing some renovation works in my house. We started off in the garden, i listed the before and after photos. Let's just say, I was completely overwhelmed with the simplicity of his work. They were clean and tidy and finished the entire project in less than 2 weeks. They even came in over the bank holiday as I was away and wanted it to be finished when I got back. I was truly touched by this gesture, they didnt charge me any extra which was a bonus. I would have happily paid as the little oasis I have now is an absolute dream. Definitely recommend his services.

  I was referred Coulsdon Builder by someone who had used them for their home improvement works in Holland Park. I went over to their house and was impressed with the quality. We discussed the project in detail and it was crucial we stuck to the budget as I did not have a back up plan if it went over. I was happy as I actually saved money in some areas thanks to Tomasz recommendation.

The project commenced in July 2019 and completed in December 2019. The house is a terraced so access to remove all the waste was going to be a nightmare. Tomas suggested getting conveyor belts to shift the waste. This worked out much cheaper and less work for the workers.

The build was a stressful time but thankfully, I had full reassurance from the team that it would go to plan. The only hiccup was finding a water pipe and having to trace it. One of the guys got a soaking but it was worth it as we found the source and managed to lock it off.

I wanted radiators but Tomas suggested underfloor heating and the cost was about the same. I absolutely love, love, love the underfloor heating. Its also reduced my bills every month too.

What was nice about the whole project was being included and being updated with photos. Communication is key during any build. I was satisfied with the extent the team went to, to constantly keep me appraised of the progress.

Well what can I say, this really has been an amazing experience. I was impressed with the teams work ethic, they powered through everyday and stuck to the program. There were days when they would stay late to accommodate my visit and never once rushed me so they could go home. They were clean and tidy throughout and also accommodated little requests from the neighbors to fix a fence / remove a bike stand.

I wish to extend a heart felt thanks for making my house a home. Highly recommend Coulsdon Builders.
